An exhibition featuring the art of thirty Koerner Center Fellows and Affiliates will be on display at the Henry Koerner Center through May 29, 2020. The center’s director, Gary L. Haller, writes in the catalog introduction, “To the best of my knowledge, this is the first Koerner Center exhibition by a group of artists and, I am certain, only the second to include art created by artists who are not emeritus faculty. Still, we have constrained artist representation to the Koerner Center community of fellows, associates, and spouses/partners … surely our largest exhibition to date, comprised of seventy-six objects, with a diversity of sizes … and media that include oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, ink, graphite, stained glass, ceramic, cork, fabric, tapestry, embroidery, photography, print … and one book.”
The exhibition will be on view at 149 Elm Street, second floor, through May 29. Visit by invitation or appointment by calling 203-432-8227.
